What our client teams do

The journey of a project from start to finish

Initial solution design

You would be part of a cross-functional team of experts in consulting, science and technology brought together to discuss the client’s problem and design the most appropriate solution.

Kick off

After the solution is approved, the team plans the project and aligns with the client to start the project.

Data gathering

The team engages with the client to further understand their context and gather data, which includes administering psychometrics, conducting interviews and running workshops.

Data analysis

Using a combination of workshops and individual deep-work, the team analyses the collected data, turning it into scientifically valid and actionable recommendations that the client can understand and put to work.

Change management

Throughout this process, members of the team continuously engage with the client to develop relationships and assess their readiness for change.

Insight session

The team delivers our insight and recommendations, using the data to tell powerful stories that engage and motivate the client to take action to develop the talent their business needs.

Follow on work

Following the insight session, the team work with the client to develop a viable plan to implement our recommendations. The plan can include a range of one-to-one interventions and group-learning activities over several months and agreed measures to track the impact on the client’s business.
