This enabled her to learn how to be productive and efficient, adapt to changes and work to deadlines. After looking after a number of high profile clients Stephanie is able to work to the individual needs and demands of various industries.
Stephanie is very enthusiastic about exploring the industry further and becoming a new member of the Chemistry family. Stephanie is very passionate about teamwork and being organised. She understands the importance of values and administration within a company, which fits hand in hand with Stephanie’s role at Chemistry where she will be supporting the team in their Project work and completing office administration. In her role Stephanie will also be responsible for the client management of online surveys, ensuring all participants and clients get their feedback on time.
Strength Behaviours
Processsing Information
Stephanie compares merits of two or more realistic alternative s, by stating the pro s and cons of each. She may create over-arching plan or strategy as a result of this analysis that maximises the benefits and minimises the downsides of the original options. Stephanie manages solution comparison as a core part of solution development.

Creating Empathy
Stephanie constantly tests and validates own understanding of another 's ideas, feelings or beliefs by using paraphrasing and summary clarification to ensure that their perspective or viewpoint is fully understood. She encourages others to disclose own true ideas, feelings and beliefs through the use of self-disclosure. Stephanie s emotionally intelligent and uses this to respond to different individual requirements to encourage openness, commits time and energy to listening and encouraging others to discuss their true thoughts, concerns and feelings.

Making it Happen
Stephanie reduces the internal or external constraints on self and others to enhance the freedom for action and the scope for initiative. E.g., redesigns jobs to allocate more responsibility to the people closest to the customer; strips away unnecessary bureaucracy. Stephane is always a step ahead of the game, presenting and signposting information, structure and next steps before others have even got the issue of the agenda. She leaves others with a strong sense of personal control, power and organisation.
