Press Release: "Binfield Banzai gain promotion!!"

Binfield Banzai FC have been officially promoted into the Bracknell Wednesday Sixes league! Congratulations to their team, and in particular Simon Cooper!
We managed to grab some time with their inspirational (project) leader,
"The troops have had such a fantastic season, it's incredible. I think a big round of applause should go to myself - sorry, everyone - for making this all possible"
The first game is due to be played on May 5th, opposition to be confirmed. Manor Old Boys look like they will be the team to beat, and Red Card Belgrade, who represent the chav pub, should prove a bit of a handful.
In preparation for the new season, the league's newcomers are apparently about to unveil a brand new kit. Quotes from various sources are suggesting that they are going to be sporting a replica of the 1950s Japanese strip, which was apparently inspired by William Barribal, an expert in 'Kung-Fu Panda'.
May this be the beginning of a prosperous era for Binfield Banzai, who may need some reinforcements if they are going to make a real impact in the big time. A couple of injuries to some key players could undermine any aspirations of the title. Roger Philby is known to have a particularly poor track record when it comes to injuries. We managed to track him down to get his thoughts,
"Sorry guys, I'm on my way to the physio, I've done me calf again, can I ring you back?"
There is cause for great optimism, though, with new boys Oliver Taylor and Mark Swain bringing some fresh faces to the line up. Taylor has been drafted in all the way over from Exeter (he's that good), while Swain is rolling back the years having carved out a name for himself as a demon positional player.
