The Annual Recruiter Forum run by DeeDee Doke of Recruiter magazine was held two weeks ago. It is an annual gathering of professionals from the recruitment industry. Roger was asked to speak on how to keep customers and hold your margin by adding value to your clients.
Roger revealed that the key to retaining customers is to add value to the relationship. He went on to explain how you can do this by fully understanding candidates and presenting your clients with this information. At Chemistry, we use various tools to understand candidates intellect, values, motivations, behaviours and experience. We then use this data to work together with clients and inform their hiring decisions.
After the event, Recruiter magazine collected feedback on each of the speakers. Roger and his presentation were both rated as excellent.
