L&D Does It Suck? We Have The Answer…
RSS FeedsThe results are in, but what do they reveal...?
Here at Chemistry we’ve always had a bit of a bee in our bonnet about the real business impact of learning and development courses. Billions of pounds are spent on training courses every year, but we’ve always wondered if a day out of the office listening to a man in a suit quoting a few stats at a bored audience is the best way to learn.
But that’s just our opinion, so earlier this month we launched the Chemistry L&D survey to find out what you think. We had a great response to this, so firstly we’d like to thank everyone that took the time to fill this in.
The survey unearthed a number or amazing results and has given us heaps of insight into what people really think about L&D from it’s tangibility, right the way through to how business leaders view their people vs. their technology.
We can’t disclose too much here but keep your eyes peeled for your regular trade publications or give us a call to see exactly what the results revealed and discover what Chemistry is doing to change the world of L&D forever!
