Chemistry unveil their exciting new Graduate Development Programme

RSS Feeds

Probably the best graduate scheme in the world….ever!

Having recently taken on Tom Quayle and Rosie Elrington, Chemistry have yet another sparkly new Grad in the pipeline.  Oliver Taylor is due to join us on 26th April, we hope he is just as excited as we are!

To help welcome our new graduate and add some much needed structure to the graduate positions at Chemistry we have put together a brand-new Graduate Development Program that we are hoping over the years will help us mould and grow our very own small army of fantastic Chemistry people!

The Chemistry Graduate Development scheme will be an 18 month program allowing graduates hands-on experience in three core fields: 'Sales & Marketing', 'Consulting' & 'Executive Recruitment'. By the end of the 18-month program our aim is that all Chemistry graduates will be fully equipped with a thorough understanding of the business before choosing a discipline that they will specialise in long-term.

Not only are we giving our grads the opportunity to work for one of the coolest companies on the planet(!!) we also have all sorts of exciting things in store including a month secondment, professional BEI accreditation, second-to-none personal business coaching and loads of fun little perks to reward our grads for their extremely hard work.  On top of all that, our grads will be included in our quarterly bonus scheme and get unparalleled practical experience in all aspects of working for an innovative, fast-paced and industry-challenging organisation.

I asked one of our graduates, Tom Quayle, how he feels about working for Chemistry and the announcement of our new Graduate Development Scheme:

“Chemistry is a fantastic place to start your career.  If you’re ready to take on some responsibility and get actively involved in major projects, the team here will have no worries about throwing you in at the deep-end… I was running one of the company’s major accounts within a month!”

We now have our full intake of graduates to get the scheme off to a flying start.  If you’re a graduate, and working for Chemistry sounds like your cup of tea please check back to our website and our blog for updates on any future graduate positions.
