Chemistry launches free CV advice sessions for candidates

There are too many great candidates with rubbish CVs...we want to change this

At Chemistry, we talk to candidates everyday, and we have noticed that there are some great candidates out there...with awful CVs.

We want to change this

The reason people write bad CVs is because they don't understand what recruiters are looking for when they read a CV.

We are therefore running free CV advice sessions hosted by Roger Philby, our resident recruitment guru.

These workshops will:

  • Give an insight into how recruiters read CVs
  • Discuss common mistakes people make
  • Highlight key differences between the CVs that get ignored and the ones that get noticed.

Book your place

We are running the next session on 16th December 2009 at 17.30. To book your place for this session or register your interest for future sessions, please email Rowan Watkins.

Response from previous session

One of the candidates we spoke to in the last session had previously been looking for a job for 6 months, 3 weeks after the session he had obtained 2 job offers.

It's not rocket science, but it might be Chemistry!
