Chemistry Features in Recruiter Magazine

RSS Feeds

This month has been fantastic at Chemistry as we burst onto the front page of Recruiter Magazine.  It was a great opportunity for us to express our views on the current state of the recruitment market and what we think needs to be done.

The feature article covers Roger’s (our CEO) early career as both a recruitment consultant and later as Head of Resourcing for Nortel Networks.  He talks about his experiences and the problems he encountered working on both sides of the recruitment industry.  Roger then explains how recruitment doesn’t have to be associated with the negative stereotypes it evokes at the moment.  He sets out his vision for the future of recruitment as a service based industry where both candidates and clients have amazing experience.  Chemistry's message is definitely gathering momentum - the change is coming!
