Today, Roger Philby, our Founder and CEO presented on predictive assessment and the hard truths of it's impact on the business performance to the senior HR Team at Constellation Brands. The presentation focused on the costs of mishiring for business. It is a little known fact that recruiting the wrong person for the job can cost the business up to 14 times the base salary of the hire! What's even more scary is that the recruitment process used by most FTSE 250 business are at best 25% accurate at predicitng the future performance on new hires!
