Chemistry are looking for razor sharp graduates and consultants…

After a fantastic year, we need to grow our world class team, there are two roles available, please see below...

 1)  Graduates (up to £27,500 + Bonus + Benefits)

Right, here's an attempt to profile the now-glaringly-apparent shortfall of the "anyone can go to university" generation. You are a recent graduate. You achieved exceptional results at school and at university, and in a world gone by you would have waltzed into a job in the city without breaking sweat...

Unfortunately, things have changed. Thanks to a New Labour education initiative back in the 90s, graduates find themselves pooled in a crowded and stuffy talent blur of 2:1's with all too samey extras and bonus-features, bound by a hefty debt of some £25,000 per head. It's a rough old pickle of a situation.

Luckily, we at the Chemistry Group are determined to sift through this inseparable mass to find the right candidate. We're experts in what we do, and we pride ourselves on finding the right candidate for the right company. You might just be what we're looking for, and you might not know it yet, but you might have been looking for us, too...

Here's what we're looking for:

• You work like you are possessed, on the right things
• You treat our customers like they are the centre of your universe
• Your hold your colleagues as your blood kin
• You enjoy every minute of what we believe is the best place to work on the planet

You Will Possess:

• A HUGE BRAIN, seriously immense, one caveat you need to be able to tie your own laces
• Cool TECH skills, one finger typing and "what's Twitter?" like questions aren't allowed
• You are a SPONGE - not a deep sea type, but an information absorbing one
• HUMILITY - to listen, learn, improve (and repeat)

2) The Super-Consultant (£35-£55,000 + Bonus + Benefits) 

Alternatively, you are the experienced professional - an exceptionally good one. Being exceptionally good, you are curious as to what you could possibly gain from a different company.

You may well be working for PA, Accenture, Deloitte or similar, where you will be an analyst or consultant in an HR practice.

You will be wearing a dark suit, white shirt and back pack to work and be at the beck and call of the Partner, Directors and Senior managers above you. 

You would have started life thinking this is the dream job, with the dream company and are probably now thinking either:

1. I'll be dead soon if I keep going at this rate
   
2. I never have time for a relationship
3. Actually, what do we ever really change?
