Airwave today announced the appointment of Chemistry to support the ongoing transformation of its business. Chemistry will be working with Airwave to create greater colleague engagement across the business.

Airwave has an amazing set of talented and motivated people who deliver critical communication services to police, fire and ambulance services. Chemistry will be involving the whole business in workshops to launch the programme, seeking their feedback and ideas for improvements to keep driving client activity forward. “It is so important to include everyone in the development of Airwave, to get their engagement and ownership of the business journey” commented Simon Cooper, Director of Consulting at Chemistry.

In the current challenging times though, Airwave want to stay connected with their physically distributed workforce. As Richard Bobbett, CEO puts it, “We really believe that our people are the difference that sets us apart, it’s what our customers tell us and I see it every day. Our customers want more services and more flexibility for their money. So it is critical that we work together effectively, as our customers’ demands develop. Chemistry will add valuable support to help us achieve that.”

Simon Cooper added, “It is just so pleasing to see what some might think of as an ITC business willing to invest in their people, especially at this time. It is a sure sign that the business is well run and looking forward. I take my hat off to Richard and his team.”
