Airwave appoints Chemistry to improve Employee Engagement

Chemistry will be involving the whole business in workshops to launch the programme, seeking their feedback and ideas for improvements to keep driving client activity forward. “It is so important to include everyone in the development of Airwave, to get their engagement and ownership of the business journey” commented Simon Cooper, Director of Consulting at Chemistry.
In the current challenging times though, Airwave want to stay connected with their physically distributed workforce.
