The Problem

Kcom had a dozen ongoing vacancies that they had been struggling to fill for a long time.  They also faced the issue that when they were hiring, they were unsure that they were hiring the right people.  The, agencies that Kcom to handle their resourcing were not delivering and the whole recruitment process had become a mess.

How We Helped

Chemistry created a project team to manage filling all the vacancies with the right people.  Our team put together a robust process that addressed the suppliers and the sourcing of the candidates using our selection intellectual property.  We were Kcom’s sole point of contact as we managed their recruitment agencies and the sourcing of the.  We also introduced the 75% accuracy process., whereby we provided a shortlist the right talent to Kcom’s line managers and worked with these line managers to select the right people.

The Result

All vacancies have now been filled with the right people, in a time frame that was a lot shorter than anticipated.
